Nous cherchons à offrir aux visiteurs une expérience de voyage authentique « sur mesure » et de qualité.

Au sein de notre département « Sales Support » basé dans le quartier de L'Estaque à Marseille nous recherchons **un(e) AGENT SALES SUPPORT **avec de l'expérience en agence réceptive, et ayant une bonne connaissance de la destination France.

Ce poste consiste à apporter une assistance aux clients internes.

À cheval entre le département vente et réservation, votre rôle consistera à apporter une assistance à l'équipe de vente sur les recherches de tarifs, posent d’options, pré-réservations, recherche d'alternative en cas de défaillance, dans le but de fluidifier les ventes, coordonner l’action entre différents services (vendeurs, opérations, conciergerie, production ).

Dans le cadre du développement de l’entreprise, et sous la responsabilité de son chef d’équipe, l'agent sales support répond aux demandes entrantes des clients internes, gère celles-ci par ordre de priorités, intervient lorsqu'il y a un dysfonctionnement lié à la réservation d’un service.

**Missions**
- Réponds aux demandes entrantes
- Cherche à augmenter les ventes
- Fait le lien de support entre l’équipe des ventes, le service réservation, et le département conciergerie
- Veille à améliorer les marges
- Anticipe les problèmes de disponibilité
- Trouve des alternatives en cas de défaillance

**Profil**

De formation école de tourisme ou équivalente, vous disposez idéalement d’une bonne connaissance du secteur du tourisme, de la destination France, et d’une passion pour le voyage.

Les qualités attendues sont:

- Un grand sens du service : capacité d’écoute et d’analyse en amont des besoins des clients
- Travail d’équipe
- Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Bonne gestion des priorités, planification, identification des chemins critiques
- Capacité de coordination de multiples interlocuteurs (internes et externes)
- Rigueur et organisation
- Autonomie et proactivité dans le respect des procédures et directives fixées par la hiérarchie
