**Your role at Knauf**:
As a member of the Western Europe & Israel Finance team, you will act as a Business Partner in support of projects decided and led by the European management team.

Your operational responsibility leads you to develop the reporting tools essential to the good governance of the zone and to produce the monthly financial reports as well as to ensure the follow-up of all the indicators that you will have contributed to define.
Your role is part of the spirit of entrepreneurship and partnership that drives our daily work at Knauf.

As a result, you are able to produce analysis, design analysis methods, but also produce detailed presentations and lead productive exchanges with the entire European and/or global leadership team.

Hybrid/Flexible job location with strong need for presence in Wolfganzen (greater Colmar/Basel area) in the first 9-12 months of the job. Possibility to work in Paris/Brussels office in the future depending on the headquarter new office location.

**Your assets for this position**:
Curious and committed by nature, you are perfectly at ease in English. Another European language is a plus.

Your mastery of SAP guarantees you access to the data essential to your activity. You master Excel and, ideally, Analysis and Tableau - or similar Business Intelligence tools.
Your previous experience has led you to develop a good command of project management and change management.

Accustomed to evolving in a fast-paced environment, you bring clarity through the precision of your productions and the conciseness of your analyses.

You have at least 5 years experience in an international company in a Business Controller role.

You are known for your constant desire to improve. You are a good communicator, you know how to share the discipline of management and you enjoy working in a team.

You will need to take responsibility to develop further the systems of control and reporting. So initiative and responsibility is required as well as ability to promote change with local teams, including superior stakeholders.
