Dans un contexte d’évolution permanente des usages de nos clients et d’accélération des innovations technologiques, La direction Global Marketing Digital & Technology du Club Med a pour mission de décliner la stratégie Digitale du Club Med pour ses employés (G.O et G.E) et ses clients (G.M).

Au sein de la direction gMDT, rattaché(e) au Responsable Applications Métier Support, vous avez pour mission d’incarner le partenaire privilégié et référent technique de la direction Global Procurement & Sourcing et votre rôle est de:

- Définir, mettre en œuvre et conduire les projets SI du domaine Achat depuis sa conception jusqu’à la réception dans le but d’obtenir un résultat optimal et conforme aux exigences formulées par le client métier (qualité, performance, coût, délai et sécurité).
- Assurer la fonction d’étude et de maintenance des produits actuels de l’écosystème Achat.
- Pérenniser la compétence technologique dans ce domaine au sein de gMDT.

Missions

Maitrise du contenu technique et partenariat auprès de la direction des Achats
- Conseille, recommande et assure l’expertise technique de la plateforme Coupa autour des modules qui seront déployés : (Procure to Pay, Analytics, Inventory, Supplier..)
- Coordonne la gestion des environnements applicatifs et la gestion technique des releases.
- Définit la conception technique et rédige les spécifications techniques détaillées.
- Participe à la réalisation en termes de développements spécifiques et d’intégration.
- Participe au choix de progiciels ou de solutions en relation avec la maîtrise d’ouvrage Métier.

Maitrise de la gestion de projet et Organisation
- Organise, coordonne et anime la maitrise d’œuvre du projet en collaboration avec les équipes techniques internes.
- Organise le support technique et gère les prestataires éventuels sur le périmètre applicatif
- Supervise le déroulement des sujets,
- Coordonne, synthétise et assure la qualité des validations prononcées
- Gère la relation avec le ou les fournisseurs.

Au sein de la Direction, contribue à créer de la valeur
- Effectue de la veille technologique sur les outils et processus des Métiers Achats.
- Reçoit et sélectionne des fournisseurs potentiels en collaboration avec les acheteurs IT
- Répond à des demandes ponctuelles : diagnostics, pré-études, présentations...
- Assure le suivi du référentiel documentaire du périmètre applicatifs (Cartographie, documentations, respect des process de validation) et portefeuille Projets (Fiche projets, Spécifications...)
- Participe aux événements externes organisés par les réseaux professionnels (produits, innovation métiers), partage ces informations avec l’équipe et en assure la capitalisation pour l’entreprise.

Profil recherché

Formation niveau Bac+ 4/5, type école d’ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent

Une expérience technique en DEVELOPPEMENT INFORMATIQUE de 3 ans minimum (développement/intégration et/ou Chef de projet) éprouvée dans le domaine des SI Achats en entreprise ou cabinet de conseil
- Compétences techniques
- Connaissance de la solution saas COUPA serait un plus.
- Connaissance de Middleware de type PaaS appréciée
- Appétence forte sur le volet comptable lié au métier Achat
- Compétences en gestion de projet et méthodologie agile.
- Maîtrise d’outils métiers Achats et des technologies dédiées
- Maitrise Pack Office et logiciels internet,
- Compétences relationnelles
- Travail dans un environnement international,
- Aptitude à manager
- Capacité à développer les réseaux et les échanges en interne et en externe
- Savoir-être / qualités
- Sens du service vis-à-vis des clients internes,
- Rigueur : capacité à s'organiser, à planifier, à être précis et à aller au bout des choses
- Esprit d’équipe : transmet son expertise, partage son savoir-faire, s’informe et travaille avec les membres de l’équipe et des autres services (MOA, architecte techniques, production)
- Engagement et ténacité : Orientation résultats et Résolution de problèmes.
