Your role:
As People Operations you will join the EMEA people operations team. You will provide comprehensive HR support and services with focus of our employees in France, handling complex queries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- HR Inquiry Handling:
Address and resolve Level 2 HR inquiries and issues related to employee data, policies, and procedures.
Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries via various communication channels.
- Data Management:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, making corrections as needed.
- Employee Lifecycle Support:
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Support employee transitions, promotions, and other changes.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and practices.
- Benefits Administration:
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee queries.
Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues.
- Reporting:
Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
Contribute to the analysis of HR data for decision-making purposes.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HRSS function.
Participate in projects to enhance HR service delivery.
Type of contract:
- fixed term contract of 9th month
- starting date: ASAP, ideally start of June
- 35 hours working week, 09:00 to 17:00
- Hybrid Office - 2-3 days in the office per week minimum
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 + years of experience in HR role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ready to work in different shift timings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
