Pour renforcer notre centre de support Small and Medium Business Care, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) futur(e) Technical Account Manager.
- Garantir la qualité de la solution Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement auprès de nos clients.
- Gérer la relation avec tes clients
- Apporter tes compétences en termes de gestion d’évolutions, suivi de planning et gestion budgétaire.

En tant qu’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de tes clients, tu seras amené(e) à:

- Piloter le run Microsoft
- Etablir un diagnostic des demandes clients (anomalies, demandes d’évolutions, support applicatif)
- Affecter les demandes clients en fonction des compétences requises
- Piloter et résoudre les incidents et demandes clients (N2 & N3)
- Poursuivre les initiatives en matière de capitalisation et bases de connaissance
- Innover en relation et communication client - "Au-delà de la gestion des tickets"
- Adopter une approche conseil, pro-active auprès des clients et anticiper leurs besoins
- Faire le lien avec le Centre d’expertise D365 CE en charge des projets
- Améliorer la qualité de service auprès des clients MS D365 CE
- Piloter la satisfaction du client sur le service rendu
- Lancer l'enquête et analyser les résultats
- Définir les plans d'action correctifs

Profil recherché

**Tu es**
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs (Bac +5) ou d’un Master 2 en Informatique ou d’un Bac +3 avec une expérience significative en support applicatif marketing et relation client
- Tu possèdes d’excellentes qualités techniques et relationnelles
- Tu as une 1ère expérience en gestion de projet, et idéalement des connaissances sur la solution Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
- Autonome et impliqué(e), tu t’engages à délivrer un service de qualité et tu cherches à accroître la valeur ajoutée auprès de tes clients et en interne
- Curieux(se) et ouvert(e), tu souhaites travailler avec la possibilité de développer tes compétences et d’obtenir des certifications
- Pédagogue, tu aimes transmettre ton expertise
- parles un anglais couramment
