**POSTE ET MISSIONS**

Rattaché.e au CTO, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:

- Superviser et gérer les équipes de lead développeurs et de développeurs sous sa responsabilité ;
- Savoir fédérer, former et motiver les équipes de développement (points hebdomadaires) ;
- Définir le rythme de développement des logiciels de l'entreprise et garantir leur bon fonctionnement ;
- Se tenir informé.e sur les nouvelles technologies et être en mesure de définir une stratégie d'intégration dans les logiciels de l'entreprise ;
- Garantir l'utilisation des bonnes pratiques en développement ;
- Définir l'organisation de travail des équipes de développement.

Vous aurez également les responsabilités suivantes:

- Premièrement, collaborer avec le CTO afin de définir la vision en matière d'architecture technique, ainsi que la stratégie adoptée pour sa mise en place et celle de la roadmap ;
- Superviser le cycle de développement logiciel ;
- Garantir la qualité du code et le respect des délais/du budget alloué ;
- Mettre en place des tests unitaires et de validation automatiques ;
- Organiser et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de migration de l'architecture logicielle et des systèmes actuels selon des pratiques innovantes ;
- De plus, s'assurer de la robustesse et de la durabilité des solutions mises en place ;
- Effectuer un reporting hebdomadaire des KPIs au CTO ;
- Enfin, gérer le recrutement.

Environnement technique:

- Back-end : PHP 7/8, Javascript (Node.js)

- Expertise de la conception d'architectures d'infrastructure (Saas, On Premise, Cloud) et d'architectures logicielles (Monolith, Micro-Services) ;
- Connaissance d'un outil de provisionnement et de configuration de serveurs (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Packer, Cloud Formation, Terraform) ;
- Expérience pertinente de Docker et d'outils d'orchestration (Kubernetes, Swarm, Cattle, Mesos) ;
- Connaissance des technologies de virtualisation de serveurs (VMWARE, WEN, KVM) ;
- Expérience de l'architecture Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Engine, Rackspace, Azur)
- Expérience des systèmes de gestion de conteneurs (Rancher, ECS, Docker EE) ;
- Connaissance des méthodes Agile.
