Dans le cadre de sa croissance, l’équipe Insight cherche son/sa futur(e) **Insight Manager Senior** pour accompagner nos clients dans leurs démarches de connaissance client.

Quelles sont tes missions ?*

Rattaché(e) au Head of Insight, tes missions couvriront toutes les étapes de l’accompagnement client:
**Construction des méthodologies d’études** : identifier les enjeux du client (marque, retailer, collectivité,) et les enseignements nécessaires pour répondre à leur problématique business ou citoyenne, afin de proposer la méthodologie la plus adéquate (taille d’échantillon, quotas, questionnaire,)
**Rédaction des questionnaires** : rédiger le questionnaire, avec toutes les bonnes pratiques qui en découlent (client centric + user centric).
**Coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles** : briefer les équipes opérationnelles qui prendront en charge la programmation de l’enquête en ligne, sa diffusion sur les réseaux sociaux, et le traitement statistique des résultats.
**Construction du storytelling**: construire une véritable “histoire” cohérente à travers le rapport afin qu'il soit à la fois clair, fluide, complet, synthétique, et surtout, facilement actionnable pour nos clients.
**Présentation des résultats** : présenter oralement ces enseignements, de façon simple et dynamique, afin que nos clients puissent parfaitement s’approprier les résultats.
Tu seras amené(e) à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, sur des sujets / des problématiques / des clients très différents les uns des autres.

Profil recherché : *
- de formation Bac + 5 ou équivalent**, **tu as entre 3 et 7 ans d’expériences en institut d'étude marketing
- excellente communication et aisance relationnelle
- excellent niveau d’anglais oral et écrit
- gestion des timings et respect des deadlines
- orientation client
- gestion multi projets
- passionné(e) par les enjeux de société et le comportement des consommateurs / citoyens, en France comme à travers le monde.
