Rattaché(e) à la Responsable financier, l’assistant(e) comptable l’assistera pour les opérations comptables classiques telles que:
- Saisie informatique sous SAP : achat, vente, banque, note de frais, caisse
- Rapprochements bancaires
- Lettrage comptes
- Classement des pièces
- Réciprocité des comptes clients et fournisseurs du groupe
- Déclarations fiscales : tva, DES
- Suivi des rapports de badgeuse
- Prévisionnel de trésorerie (cash flow)
- Aide à la préparation des clôtures mensuelles (reporting) et annuelle
- Support lors des inventaires périodiques et fiscaux en liaison avec notre stock manager et les autres responsables de département
- Archivage comptable
- Mise à jour du Dossier permanent
- Titulaire d’un DCG
- Minimum 2 à 3 années d’expérience impérativement en cabinet d’expertise comptable.
- Anglais courant impératif (écrit et oral)
- Excel : niveau intermédiaire impératif (somme, pourcentage, mise en forme, tcd, etc.)
- Word
- Connaissance de SAP serait un vrai plus
