Quantilia is a leading provider of cutting-edge data and analytics solutions for financial institutions, including banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices across Europe. We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Nice, France.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in sales, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Joining Quantilia as a Junior Sales Representative offers the chance to engage with top financial institutions across Europe, driving business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll develop your skills by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while working with an international team of professionals. With mentorship from experienced colleagues, hands-on experience with CRM tools, and opportunities to attend industry events, this role provides a strong foundation for career growth and advancement in the financial sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and approach potential clients across European markets, including banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and asset managers.
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions, ensuring detailed and accurate reporting.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate from a top-tier business school or university, with a strong academic background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good English spoken is a must.
- Native speaker in English, Italian or German is a plus.
- Passion for the financial industry and a strong understanding of financial products and services.
