**Key point of contact of your business stakeholders to advise and coach on all core HR activities and manage all annual cycles of Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Resource Planning for Nissan Automotive Europe SAS (NAE).**

You will be in charge of a dedicated population scope and of HR cross functional activities:
**Scope of responsibilities**:

- ** Recruitment**: work closely together with our regional Talent Acquisition CoE Team and welcome our new comers animating the NAE onboarding meeting
- ** Talent Management**: lead NAE career & succession plan commitees and related actions as career interviews, individual development and promotion plans, internal and inter-entities mobility.
- ** Performance process**: coordinate appraisal process cycle (objectives settings, mid-term & end of year reviews)
- ** Compensation and benefits**: support merit increase and success sharing for employees in the scope and consolidate and ensure data accuracy shared with our internal Comp & Ben CoE team and NAE HR back-office services.
- ** Learning & development**: internal training plan elaboration considering business needs and ensure proper cascade on training catalog.
- ** Well-being at NAE**: ensure awareness on work related psychological issues and promote all NAE benefits and well being at work measures (working conditions, home office,...).
- ** Engagement**: build HR initiatives that will increase employee engagement and retention.
- ** HR projects**: support local ad'hoc HR projects (for instance GPEC, NBCA classification update, Local Work Council information/consultation)
- ** HR Tools and reporting**: ensure data accuracy

Any other ad'hoc requests related to core HR activities

We are looking for someone with a huge appetite to learn and develop in almost the entire/full segment of Human Resources in a fast paced, challenging environment. If you tick most of the below boxes, do not hesitate to apply:

- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in HRBP/ HR Generalist/ HR Associate roles
- Relevant experiences (already covered a significant part of the above-mentioned responsibilities)
- Experience with HRIS systems Workday is a plus
- ** Multilingual abilities in French and English are mandatory**, any other language is a plus
- French social & labor law knowledge is required
- High level of resilience, proactiveness
- Great stakeholder management skillset with outstanding communication
