L’équipe Content est une nouvelle équipe qui apporte des services innovants et une expertise afin de soutenir les studios partenaires et internes dans le développement leur vision. Elle accompagne les projets sur toutes les questions de contenu afin de créer les meilleurs jeux. Cette position privilégiée donne une vision d’ensemble de toutes les productions de Focus Home Interactive.
Le/La Line Designer Senior est responsable du contenu d’un certain nombre de titres du portfolio de Focus afin d’aider les équipes à créer des jeux à succès.
Il/Elle fournit également au management de la visibilité nécessaire à la prise de décision pour la stratégie de Focus. Le Line Designer aura pour mission de:
- Analyser les forces et faiblesses des projets en développement et proposer des solutions claires et structurées à l'attention des studios sur des points de Game Design, Level design, équilibrage, accessibilité, rendu, etc.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes User Research & Game Data pour intégrer le joueur au plus près de ces recommandations.
- Organiser, faciliter les échanges d'information entre les studios et les experts (Narrative design, UX, Direction artistique,...).
- Réaliser des benchmarks et des études à partir de jeux internes et de la concurrence.
- Définir avec les équipes internes les priorités « contenu » pendant la production et le closing.
- Participer à des missions de design sur certains aspects du projet.
- Mentorer les Line Designers moins expérimentés.
- Assurer le reporting en interne de l'état des projets.

Ce que l'on attend de vous_***:
- Vous justifiez d’une solide expérience dans les domaines de la conception de jeux dans des studios de jeux vidéo ou de line designer dans un département éditorial.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Game Design et de ses évolutions.
- Vous vous distinguez par vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous êtes Joueur/Joueuse régulier/ère, au fait des tendances des jeux récents.
- Vous parlez anglais couramment.

Ce que nous pouvons vous offrir : _**
- Type de contrat : CDI
- Démarrage : dés que possible
- Lieu : Paris 19e, Métro ligne 7 (Corentin Cariou) / RER E (Rosa Parks) / Tramway T3b (Porte de la Villette)
- Prise en charge à 50 % de la Carte SWILE ( titre restaurant 10 euros par jour travaillé) et du titre de transport.
- Prise en charge à 80% de la mutuelle ( reste à charge de 17,23 euros pour le collaborateur et ces descendants )
- Charte télétravail : 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
