**Contexte***:
Notre levée de fonds en série A de 30 millions d’euros réalisée en 2022 nous a permis d’accueillir de nouveaux collaborateurs pour poursuivre notre croissance. Nous portons une attention particulière à l'onboarding et au développement professionnel des nouveaux collaborateurs qui nous rejoignent.
Pour répondre au mieux aux enjeux de nos clients, nous recrutons un(e) Senior Project Manager - Staffing (H/F/X)
*** Votre rôle**:
***Vos Responsabilités**:
- Définir la vision, les indicateurs métier, la valeur associée du Produit et l’évolution du processus associé dans le métier lorsque c’est pertinent.
- Propriétaire du Backlog Produit et des propositions permettant de maximiser la valeur du produit sur les sujets de contrôle de gestion
- Écrire et prioriser les User stories dans le Backlog Produit
- S’assurer que l’équipe de développement prend en comptes les User Stories au niveau requis
- S’assurer que le Backlog produit est visible, transparent et clair pour tous
- Fournir les critères d’acceptation et validé les User Stories développées
- Impliquer les utilisateurs finaux dans l’élaboration du produit
- Apporter les éléments de gestion du changement aux CSM pour les utilisateurs
**Votre profil**:
- Une solide expérience en cabinet d’audit/conseil, 7 ans d’expérience minimum
- Vous êtes issue d’une formation grande école
- Une expertise en staffing/ressource management
- Une solide expérience en gestion de business/relation client
- Disposer d’une culture de la data et des process : la qualité par la data
- Disposer d’une expérience avec des clients internationaux
- Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable
- Disposer d’une première connaissance des outils : Success factor, SAP finance, Salesforce
