En tant que **Campaign Manager**, votre mission est de concevoir, planifier, déployer et coordonner de manière stratégique les différentes campagnes marketing qui auront pour objectifs de développer la notoriété de l'entreprise et ses produits sur son marché ainsi que de générer des opportunités de business et donc les ventes.

Concrètement, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Co-concevoir avec les équipes le plan marketing annuel, développer et exécuter chacune des campagnes sur le marché, en collaboration avec la stratégie tout en respectant le budget alloué.
- Travailler avec les responsables des ventes et du marketing pour hierarchiser et cibler les comptes en fonction des opportunités, des besoins persona et du cycle d'achat.
- Développer une compréhension précise des persona dont vous êtes en charge : enjeux, opportunités, médias utilisés, écosystème et être force de proposition quant à des façons innovantes de les engager.
- Piloter le déploiement des campagnes locales à travers les différentes étapes du funnel d'achat et avec l'ensemble des leviers éditoriaux, communication, digitaux, évènements...
- Gérer les événements définis dans le plan marketing.
- Définition et pilotage des campagnes d'acquisition digitale au travers de création de campagnes Search, Display, Retargeting (via les leviers Google Ads, Linkedin Ads).
- Être en mesure d'étudier les performances de vos campagnes et proposer les actions nécessaires à les optimiser.
- Respecter les objectifs trimestriels et annuels de génération de leads tant au niveau quantitatif que qualitatif.
- Respecter et suivre le budget validé en amont.
- Mesurez, analysez et rapportez les performances des campagnes à la direction du marketing et des ventes.

**Requirements**:

- **Bonnes connaissances de Salesforce et marketing automation B2B Pardot**:

- Patient, consciencieux, organisé, sociable et motivé
- Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française (écrit et oral).
- A l’aise en anglais.
- Connaissances de Microsoft Excel.
