- Every day, we help more than 17,000 hotels worldwide to develop their online visibility and sales through a range of SaaS and digital marketing solutions. Among the 500 D-EDGERs, the Product & Tech team is made up of a hundred or so enthusiasts who reinvent hotel booking for both the traveler and the hotelier. As a subsidiary of the Accor group, D-EDGE simplifies the life of independent hotels and hotel chains alike.

The Partnership Team manages the ecosystem of the hospitality technology companies working with our clients.

The objective of the team is to be the trusted advisor for D-EDGE connectivity partners. We strive to develop existing partnerships as well as recruit new ones to drive a joint and healthy business and accelerate our mutual growth.

**Key responsibilities:
The Partnership Team manages the ecosystem of the hospitality technology companies working with our clients. The objective of the team is to be the trusted advisor for D-EDGE connectivity partners. We strive to develop existing partnerships as well as recruit new ones to drive a joint and healthy business and accelerate our mutual growth.

As Partnership & Business Development Manager, he/she is responsible for managing all types of technical integrations and 3rd party suppliers connections as well as developing new partnerships.

Project management of the implementation of new partners, analyze portfolio to highlight areas of potential growth, support internal teams with operational issues, and propose commercial and marketing actions with partners.

**Business development & Project Management for partners**:

- Identify new potential connectivity partners, recruit and onboard them.
- Prioritise integrations, assess the business potential and value by working closely with D-EDGE local teams & own market watch.
- Manage partners from contracting to general availability including: process setup, communication both internal and external
- Assist and follow up stakeholders along the complete flow of on-boarding ontor to D-EDGE platform.
- Be proactive and innovative in proposing and implementing effective solutions to any challenges or issues that arise during the integration of partners.
- Work as a team to provide support for the company’s growth.
- Represent the Partnership team during local and global fairs or events

**Partner relationship management**:

- Daily relationship management of connectivity partners to develop, maintain and enhance relationships in line with the company’s growth plans.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts by delivering superior consulting services and capturing marketing and sales opportunities.
- Develop & drive sound recommendations/action plans based on insights from data analysis to optimize key connectivity partners performance in the market.
- Elaborate marketing and communication plans with relevant partners
- Provide ongoing input to the Global Head of department for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.

**Skills**:

- Master degree in engineering, business or economics
- Previous Partnership or Account or Project management experience required
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- High communication skills
- Knowledge on travel tech and e-commerce
- French & English spoken and written mandatory, other language a plus
