About us

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.

While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.

Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.

The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.

We are currently seeking a VIP Production Coordinator.

**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

Coordinate all production tasks, working closely with both internal and external partners, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns to help support the brand vision.
- How you will contribute_
- Distribute detailed briefs to external teams, ensuring alignment on concepts and objectives for cohesive execution.
- Handle bookings for talents, including planning flights, accommodations, scheduling. You will also manage shoot schedules, ensuring talent availability and coordination with the Image department.
- Supplier sourcing and maintenance of the agency's database, including hotels, travel agencies, caterers, drivers, etc.
- Facilitate hair and makeup bookings for talents on shoots, ensuring that the chosen styles align with the creative brief's requirements and enhance the overall aesthetic of the project.
- Coordinate with talents and the Image department on set.
- Research new profiles and consolidate proposals. Maintain and update the database with contacts.
- Validate images with teams (talents, Image department, etc.) post-shoot to ensure alignment with vision. Efficiently share assets for collaboration and timely delivery, enhancing project success.
- Follow closely the budget related to campaign activities.
- For specific events and moments, assist on scheduling and producing shoots. You will also support the team on events (shows, awards, etc.) with logistics.
