Nous recherchons notre future Responsable de Site H/F pour notre client situé dans Paris, 8ème arrondissement.
En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront:
- Assumer un rôle de leadership et une pleine responsabilité dans les opérations quotidiennes pour toutes les activités FM dans l'ensemble du portefeuille (FM / PJM / MAC etc ) ;
- Développer et entretenir des relations positives avec les clients ;
- Soutenir les exigences des autres membres de l’équipe de compte et montrer l’exemple ;
- Adhérer aux normes comptables et aux méthodes de travail ;
- Contrôler et gérer les comptes de frais de service, le cas échéant ;
- Créer des rapports mensuels et présenter des rapports avec des plans d'action d'amélioration si nécessaire ;
- Assurer la satisfaction des clients en étant responsable du respect des SLA des clients et en assurant des performances exceptionnelles en matière de prestation de services ;
- Examines les bons de travail pour s'assurer que les tâches sont terminées ;
- Organiser et animer des réunions d'affaires mensuelles avec le client local
- Responsable des inspections et des rapports des installations ;
- Assurer une solide communication ascendante et descendante au sein de l’équipe ;
- Obtenir et examiner les devis pour l'achat de pièces, de services et de main-d'œuvre pour les projets ;
- Développement et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de service client pour la localisation ;
- Coordonner et gérer les déménagements ;
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs sur les bons de travail et les procédures de facturation ;
- S'assurer que tous les bons de travail sont exécutés et répondent aux KPI et qu'aucune pénalité financière n'est appliquée ;
- Promouvoir et parrainer une culture d'amélioration continue, de santé et de sécurité et de meilleures pratiques ;
- Être garant de la rentabilité et éviter les coûts en cherchant à fournir un service amélioré via les fournisseurs privilégiés de CBRE à moindre coût ;
- Responsabilité directe et exécution de tous les travaux administratifs liés aux rapports RH, Finances et HSSE conformément aux normes et exigences du CBRE et des comptes ;
- Examiner et établir des manuels de procédures qui démontrent que les performances sont constamment fournies ;
- Assurer le respect des exigences législatives, du client et de CBRE en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement ;
- Gérer la mise en œuvre efficace des politiques et procédures en matière de santé, de sûreté, de sécurité et d'environnement afin de minimiser l'exposition aux risques pour le client ;
- Élaborer et contrôler le budget annuel (dépenses de service contractuelles directes et indirectes, les coûts de maintenance préventive, coûts de projet,...).
