Nous sommes le cabinet CRIT Experts & Cadres et nous recherchons un Contract Manager H/F, en CDI, en région lyonnaise, pour l'un de nos clients.

Notre client, grand groupe expert dans son domaine, le transport et la logistique, recherche pour la gestion de ses comptes clients, son futur Contract Manager H/F.

En collaborations quotidiennes avec la Direction Général, la Direction Juridique et les Opérations du groupe, en tant que Contract manager H/F vous êtes intervenez sur 4 domaines:
Le développement commercial
- Vous identifiez les opportunités de business et préparez les offres Technico - Commerciales
- Vous conduisez le renouvellement des contrats
- Vous élargissez l'offre IDEO

La gestion des contrats
- En coopération avec le service juridique, vous négociez et rédigez les contrats
- En coopération avec les opérations, vous rédigez le cahier des charges
- Evaluation des niveaux de risques prévus dans les contrats
- Vérification et contrôle de la signature des contrats
- Organisation des réunions trimestrielles et semestrielles entre IDEO et le client
- Vérification du niveau de conformité du service face aux attentes du client
- Définition des plans d'actions visant à redresser et élever le niveau de service site ainsi que du service
- Pilotage des enquêtes annuelles de satisfactions clients

Gestion de la rentabilité
- Vous procédez aux négociations tarifaires annuelles
- Vous veillez à la bonne réalisation du budget
- Vous pilotez les négociations
- Vous renégociez en fonction de la réalité opérationnelle et des éléments communiqués pour la cotation : les contrats, les UO ainsi que certaines clauses.

Gestion de projets
- Lors de la phase pré-opérationnelle, vous assurez les gestions de projets afin de garantir les délais et budgets prévus de démarrage ainsi que l'adéquation de l'offre commerciale.
- Dans la phase de montée en charge de production, vous assurez la gestion post démarrage afin de garantir le respect de l'offre et du cahier des charges.

Profil recherché:
De formation Bac +4 en logistique, en Supply Chain et/ou en développement commercial, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans sur un poste possédant des fonctions opérationnelles ou gestion de projets dans un secteur d'activité similaire.
- Vous avez une véritable expertise technique ainsi qu'une force de conviction, de résilience et de persévérance.
- Vous êtes autonome, curieux avec une bonne capacité d'écoute et de communication.
- Vous pratiquez un Anglais courant.
