**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in our global talent acquisition program and, using your recruitment expertise, identify, source and hire the best talent for ABB in France.
- Master our processes and establish partnerships with our internal teams and external service providers in order to build a talent acquisition strategy that is relevant to local issues.
- Keep a constant watch on the market and propose targeted actions to attract the best talent
- Develop and execute an innovative action plan for promoting ABB's employer brand in France, partnering with schools and attracting young talent, in line with the company's global strategy and needs.
- Manage external service providers supporting talent acquisition in France
- Support and guide business areas in the recruitment of work-study students
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the country through employer branding activities

**Your background**:

- At least 3 years' higher education in business, human resources, psychology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally complemented by experience in employer brand management and/or recruitment of young talent
- Autonomy and ability to handle several assignments simultaneously: in this role, you will be a real business partner expert
- Strong influencing and convincing skills. The key to this position is to create a genuine partnership of trust with the business and internal HR teams
- Customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of French and English
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
