The Retail Excellence in Store has the responsibility of ensuring the achievement of the assigned objectives, in terms of Digital Retail and Customer Experience projects.
**Main responsibilities**:
In accordance with the company’s procedures, your main responsibilities will be:
Business:
Ensure the achievement of the objectives assigned by/to the Store Manager, in terms of customer acquisition and retention;
Implement and complete the projects assigned by the Store Manager and the Retail Excellence office of the Head Quarter;
Propose strategies and actions to be activated in the store to meet the objectives of customer acquisition, retention and upgrading;
Management:
Receive the goals from the Store Manager, distribute them to the team in a clear and organized way, and work together with the team to achieve them;
Ensure the development of the shop team through continuous training. It enhances the strengths of resources and assists them in areas for improvement;
Collaborate with the figures of HQ’s Retail Excellence office, providing structured feedback on the progress of projects in store;
Sales:
Achieve individual and collective business objectives;
Use active listening to the consumer to intercept her needs and make proposals in line with them;
Ensure that the service style established by the company guidelines is always respected by the entire sales team, so that each customer experiences a high level within the store;
Ensure the best consumer experience in the different touch points, leveraging also digital technologies;
Supervise the in-store experience of the Clients, with a view to maintaining and developing relations with them;
The key to success is a good synergy between savoir-faire and savoir-être, we are looking for someone with a successful experience in a similar position.
