Nous recherchons des Area/Shift Managers juniors désireux de rejoindre notre vaste réseau d'opérations et de distribution, sur différents sites en Europe. Les profils qui nous intéressent sont déterminés, positifs et combinent des qualités de leader et des compétences analytiques. Les postes à pourvoir sont permanents dès le premier jour.
En quoi consiste ce travail ?
Tu seras un leader stimulant dans l'un des domaines suivants au sein des centres de distribution : réception, stockage, prélèvement, conditionnement ou expédition. Tu pourras également travailler dans l'un de nos centres de livraison où tu devras améliorer constamment l'efficacité des processus de livraison et veiller à ce que les commandes des clients soient livrées de façon rapide, précise et économique.
À ce poste, tu seras responsable d'une équipe ou d'un processus dès ta prise de fonction. Ce type d'opportunité se présente rarement pour les diplômés tout juste sortis de l'école.
