Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous souhaitons intégrer le/la futur(e) "Partnerships Project Manager" qui aura pour mission de **gérer et suivre la mise en place des partenariats d'assurances en France et en Europe.**

Vous travaillerez dans un mode collaboratif, à la fois avec les équipes internes de Wakam (business developers, juridiques, IT, etc.), mais aussi avec les partenaires externes.

**Missions**:
Au sein de l'équipe Partnerships, **vous assurez le pilotage des projets lors de la phase de déploiement jusqu'à la mise en production** selon les étapes suivantes:

- Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan projet (identifier les interlocuteurs clés, proposer un planning de déploiement en cohérence avec les capacités internes)
- Coordonner les travaux des équipes internes pour mener à bien les projets (s'assurer du respect des délais et de la qualité, identifier les points de blocage et s'assurer des arbitrages nécessaires pour faire avancer les projets)
- Se positionner comme l'interlocuteur privilégié du partenaire sur les volets opérationnels (en ce sens vous interviendrez en binôme avec le Business Developer en charge du compte client)
- Produire un reporting régulier auprès des instances de gouvernance sur l'état d'avancement du projet
- S'assurer de la remontée des alertes / points d'attention et proposer et/ou suivre les plans d'actions associés

**Vous formalisez et améliorez en continu les process associés à votre périmètre**:

- Formaliser et mettre en œuvre les process et RACI associés
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des axes d'amélioration / outils adaptés dans une logique d'amélioration continue

**Profil recherché**:
De formation niveau Bac +5, issu(e) d'une Ecole Supérieur de Commerce ou universitaire, notre futur.e Partnership Project Manager:

- Justifie d'au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef de Projet dans un environnement digital lié au monde de l'assurance, du conseil ou des services financiers; une expérience passée dans l'univers de l'Assurance serait fortement appréciée ;
- Capacité à suivre plusieurs sujets en parallèle ;
- Aime travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique, est autonome et force de proposition ;
- Fait preuve de pragmatisme, de ténacité et de flexibilité, avec un solide bagage en gestion de projet et une forte appétence au digital ;
- Parle anglais couramment.
