La gestion locative via la petite soeur de Masteos, Amastas.

\uD83D\uDE80 Notre ambition ? Permettre aux Européens (on est déjà présent en France et en Espagne \uD83C\uDDEB\uD83C\uDDF7\uD83C\uDDEA\uD83C\uDDF8) de réaliser leurs investissements immobiliers depuis leur téléphone, sans les tracas des visites de biens ou encore de gestion de chantier et de locataires.
En résumé : un guichet unique du locatif, qui permet à chacun de constituer son patrimoine avec un parcours entièrement digitalisé et un service à la qualité inégalée.

**Ton rôle**:
Dans le cadre du développement du pôle BtoBtoC, Masteos est à la recherche de son futur Assistant Partnerships business developer sur la Marque Masteos et Amastas;
Le poste d'Assistant Partnership Business Developer devient un rôle clé au sein de notre entreprise rattachée au CMO. L’objectif de ce pôle est double : développer les ventes de l’entreprise et générer des revenus sur la monétisation de nos communautés et base clients.
**Concernant le développement de la marque Masteos**:
Les cibles principales : CGP, Banques, Assurances, apporteurs d'affaires, bailleurs sociaux, corporate, institutionnels.
**Les deux objectifs sont**:
**1/ Développer les ventes de l’entreprise à travers des partenariats stratégiques d’apports d’affaires**
**2/ La mise en place de contrat de distribution pour nourrir l’apport d’affaire récurrents sur nos différentes BU (Travaux, Rénovation énergétique et Ameublement)**
Tu auras pour objectif de dénicher des opportunités de croissance via la mise en place de nouveaux partenariats stratégiques. Les opportunités sont vastes et ce rôle constitue un pilier pour l’équipe Sales BtoBtoC qui sera en charge, elle, de vendre l’offre Masteos au client final.
**Concernant le développement de la marque Amastas**:
**Les deux objectifs sont**:
**Développer auprès de régie la communication d'opérations spéciales auprès de leurs annonceurs et développer la monétisation de nos audiences au travers du développement et de l’intégration de bannières publicitaires sur notre site et/ou de post sponsorisé sur nos réseaux sociaux.**
**Développer auprès d’annonceurs en direct des opportunités et des opérations de co-marketing en affinité avec l’écosystème et la communauté de la marque Amastas pour monétiser son audience et générer ainsi un revenu.**
Tu auras pour objectif de dénicher des opportunités de croissance via la mise en place de nouveaux partenariats stratégiques. Auprès de régies comme auprès d’annonceurs en direct.
**Tes missions**:
- Identifier les bons partenaires à cibler dans chaque verticale que nous voulons adresser
- Prospecter par tous les moyens à ta disposition (mail, téléphone, Linkedin...) pour instaurer un dialogue avec nos cibles
- Prendre en charge les demandes de partenariats via les leads entrants
- Pitcher Masteos et/ou Amastas et les termes de la collaboration
- Participer à des événements/salons
- Créer les supports de présentations
- Négocier les termes des partenariats
- Participer à la mise en place opérationnelle des partenariats (contenus, tech, coordination des équipes, présentation, lancement...)
- Suivre et animer les partenariats jusqu’à ce la mise en place
- Itérer pour améliorer les performances
- Assurer un reporting régulier (hebdomadaire et une synthèse mensuelle) pour suivre la performance de chacun des partenariats et des canaux d’acquisition.
**Profil recherché:
✔️ Etudiant idéalement sur un cursus business développement, marketing, commercial
✔️ Suivre le cursus scolaire dans une de ses écoles est un plus : Essec, HEC, Audencia, EM Lyon, ESC Compiègne
✔️ Grande aisance à l’oral
✔️ Business oriented
✔️ Appétence pour la stratégie et le marketing
