Pour le compte d’un client dans le domaine des laboratoires d’analyses.
**Contexte de la mission**:
Un projet d’infrastructure cet été pour nos laboratoires d’analyse criminelle. Le groupe a engagé un programme de ségrégation que nous déployons dans la Business Line Forensics pour nos laboratoires continentaux et que nous souhaitons réaliser avec une échéance à fin octobre.
Il s’agit de 9 laboratoires de criminalistique en France à Nantes, Paris, Lyon et Illkirch, en Allemagne à Ebersberg, Cologne et Wildberg, en Belgique à Bruges et aux Pays-Bas à Maastricht, Gouda et Amsterdam.
Pour cela nous souhaitons nous staffer avec 3 Field Engineers pour une période de 4-5 mois.
La localisation à Paris est un critère important pour la proximité avec l’équipe de management et les déplacements à prévoir à partir d’un point central bien desservi.
**Objectifs/Descriptif de mission**:
En terme de mission voici le plan plus précis attendu par les profils:
1. 3 IT Field Engineers
a. 1 pour l’installation du HW en local dans les différents laboratoires, avec déplacement dans tous les laboratoires listés ci-dessus, supervisé par un sys-admin au UK, à moins que le sys-admin FR fasse l’interface
i. Cette spécialisation HW pourrait peut-être être partagée avec les autres IT Field Engineers
i. Chacun de ces 3 IT Field Engineers ayant 3 laboratoires dédiés pour que les chefs de projet locaux aient un seul interlocuteur principal
ii. Prévoir 1 semaine à mínima toutes les 3 semaines sur place dans les laboratoires et une présence sur site le week-end du cut-over à partir de septembre toute les 3 semaines
2. La capacité de les faire travailler en équipe et primordiale pour encaisser les incidents qui ne manqueront pas d’arriver et permettre un maximum de partage d’information
a. Nous souhaitons monter une War Room sur Paris dédié à ce projet
Nous évoluons dans un environnement Microsoft, l’ensemble de l’infrastructure est on-premise avec des services partagés en central par zone pays et des infrastructure locales dans les laboratoires.
En terme de planning nous aurions besoin de leur investissement maximal pendant la période d’été, habituellement dédié aux vacances, nous avons une forte pression pour livrer ce projet rapidement. Il est prévu une mise en production d’un laboratoire par semaine à partir de septembre. Je me suis permis d’être très précis pour accélérer la communication au vu de notre planning ambitieux. Bien sûr nous cherchons des profils ayant un bon niveau de communication et capable d’exécuter rapidement et correctement les tâches indiquées, avec une capacité à comprendre le contexte et nous remonter les imprécisions qui auraient échappées à notre planning de migration.
