Le poste : Nous recherchons un(e) Territory Account Manager pour la région Île-de-France, afin de renforcer notre équipe commerciale. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille clients existants tout en développant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur votre secteur.

Vos missions principales:
- Gérer et fidéliser votre portefeuille de clients existants via des visites terrain et des interactions à distance.- Adapter les offres commerciales en fonction des besoins exprimés par vos clients.- Rédiger des propositions commerciales et mettre en œuvre des actions de vente (ventes additionnelles, développement de gamme, etc.) pour maximiser les opportunités.- Négocier les tarifs, délais et volumes dans le respect des procédures internes.- Identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients afin d'atteindre vos objectifs de vente et d'améliorer la rentabilité de votre secteur.- Assurer un suivi commercial rigoureux en développant de nouveaux clients tout en fidélisant ceux déjà existants.- Effectuer des reportings réguliers à la direction via notre CRM (Salesforce).- Veiller au respect des conditions commerciales : politique tarifaire, délais de règlement, etc.- Intervenir techniquement sur nos installations : remplacement de lances de désinfection, systèmes de nettoyage, lignes d’aspiration, buses, cassettes, etc.- Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité de l’entreprise (sécurité routière, utilisation du téléphone portable, etc.).

Profil recherché:
- Solides compétences en vente et en négociation.- Capacité à détecter et analyser les besoins clients.- Forte culture du service client et du résultat, goût du terrain et sens du challenge.- Aisance sur des missions techniques avec des interventions de premier niveau.- Persévérance, énergie et ténacité.- Capacité à travailler en autonomie avec une bonne organisation et gestion des priorités.- Maîtrise du Pack Office (notamment Excel).- Connaissance de l’anglais souhaitée pour évoluer dans un environnement international.- Poste itinérant avec déplacements quotidiens dans la région Île-de-France.
