-This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commodities and Global Markets business group, in our newly established Client Operations function, based in Paris.
The team is responsible for providing concierge style support to the Sales and Origination staff and their clients, responsible to executing and overseeing all aspects of ‘the mandatory client experience’. The team ensure our clients’ expectations at onboarding (and refresh) are clearly managed from requirement requests through to sourcing completion, and they have direct support throughout the process. Our sales staff will rely on us for process updates knowing that the coordination of internal stakeholder processes are in capable, competent and trusted hands.

- What role will you play?You will be joining a high performing and accountable team and engage with end to end stakeholders, including clients, business, operations and various support and risk groups.
Your key deliverables will include direct engagement with clients, to facilitate seamless and efficient due diligence processes such as onboarding and refresh, manage and coordinate reverse KYC, where the client is onboarding Macquarie as well as leverage your knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and internal requirements to ensure the ongoing compliance of our business, and to contribute into optimal approaches for future regulatory changes.
You will also be responsible for engaging with origination teams and other internal stakeholders to review and propose process improvements, and supporting client-relevant projects and transformation initiatives.
- What you offer- At least 2 years of Know Your Customer (KYC) / Client Lifecycle Maintenance (CLM) experience gained in a financial services, or consulting environment. Your knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant KYC regulations will be critical for this role.
- Commodities or markets experience will be an advantage.
- You will have a continuous improvement mindset and consider efficiency, agility and risk management uplifts in all that you do.
- You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be client-centric in all that you do. You will be business enabling, but responsible to ensure effective KYC-risk management at all times.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and enjoy solving problems. This role works within a multi-paced and dynamic environment which welcomes constructive input and innovative ideas from all members of the team.
