**Votre rôle et vos missions**:

Au sein d’une équipe de 10 Financial Controller, vous pilotez et supervisez les exercices de reporting sur les indicateurs d’activité de votre périmètre.
**Missions principales**
AXA IM est un acteur global proposant à nos clients des solutions d’investissements sur mesure, profitant de nos nombreuses expertises et répondant aux défis environnementaux, sociétaux et de gouvernance.
Les équipes de contrôle de gestion jouent un rôle central et transverse dans ce plan de développement, en apportant au senior management d’AXA IM les clés de compréhension sur l’évolution de notre activité et de notre marché. L’équipe contrôle de gestion travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente, les plateformes de gestion ainsi qu’avec les fonctions supports (équipes comptables, fiscales, stratégie notamment).
Au sein de l’équipe, le rôle de contrôleur financier est de consolider et d’assurer la fiabilité des informations quantitatives communiquées au senior management, ces informations ayant un rôle capital dans la prise de décision pour l’entreprise et le développement de l’activité.
Le contrôleur financier est donc très exposé et est le garant de la qualité des informations que ce soit en interne vis-à-vis du management et des autres fonctions qu’en externe et notamment auprès du Groupe AXA.
Vous rejoignez une équipe de 10 personnes et vous remplissez en binôme vos missions de reporting sur les indicateurs d’activité clefs : Assets, Revenus, Profitabilité.
- Animation de la clôture mensuelle et la production des reportings_
- Définition des principaux jalons du processus en lien avec les demandes de communication à destination de l’actionnaire et du top management et les contraintes de production ;
- Collecte, contrôle et calcul les actifs sous gestion et les revenus sur l’ensemble des portefeuilles
- Calcule les actifs, revenus et coûts (P&L) par expertise et par plateforme de gestion
- Analyse et suivi de la qualité des données, définition des plans de résolution avec les équipes métiers et techniques ;
- Veille auprès des équipes finance à la pertinence du modèle d’allocation des assets, revenus et coûts et s’assure de la pertinence et de la fiabilité des calculs
- Production de l’ensemble des données de revenus, d’actifs sous gestion et de coûts sous technologie Essbase
- Fournir au Senior Management et aux responsables de BU les informations financières nécessaires au pilotage de leur activité et également au Product Pricing ;
- Support aux équipes finance dans l’interprétation des résultats.
- Automatisation / simplification des processus de production (potentielle appétence au développement VBA)_

Ecole d’ingénieur, de Commerce ou Université.
- Expérience _
Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience en finance / contrôle de gestion. Une expérience en gestion d’actifs est considérée comme un plus
- Connaissances et compétences_
- Vous avez une forte appétence pour les chiffres et le calcul et avez le souci du détail ;
- Vous avez développé des capacités d’analyse et avez de l’aisance dans la gestion de modèles complexes ;
- Votre anglais est courant ;
- Vous maîtrisez des outils informatiques, particulièrement Excel et base de données (Essbase). Une connaissance d’ANAPLAN est un plus ;
- Compétences personnelles _
