Dans une entreprise dont l’une des valeurs fortes est l’humain, vous rejoignez une équipe de 6 personnes. Généraliste de la fonction RH avec une compétence forte en droit social:
- Référent de l’équipe RH en matière de droit du travail vous:
- participez à la gestion administrative avec les onboarding/offboarding et contrats de travail
- gérez les situations complexes
- réalisez la veille sociale et vous actualisez les process RH en lien avec la DRH (règles de gestion, protocoles d’accord, chartes ) tout en contribuant activement à la qualité du climat social de l’entreprise
- Vous pilotez le calendrier des déclarations obligatoires et des échéances annuelles réglementaires, tu suis les KPI RH
- Référent en matière de politique de rémunération, vous êtes responsable de l’équilibre des rémunérations de l’entreprise et vous animez les revues RH avec l’aide d’un membre de l’équipe
- Vous participez à l’accompagnement des managers sur la gestion de leurs équipes
- Vous menez des people review avec les équipes pour anticiper les besoins par rapport à la stratégie de l’entreprise tout en accompagnant les trajectoires professionnelles des VIFs
- Vous participez à la vie et au développement du pôle RH, de la marque employeur et à l’actualisation des processus RH
- Vous gérez des projets divers RH
Profil recherché
- Vous êtes autonome, reconnu pour votre rigueur et discernement, votre professionnalisme et votre capacité d’adaptation à différents contextes,
- Dotées d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et organisationnelles, vous êtes dynamique et force de proposition,
- Vous maîtrisez le droit du travail et la convention collective du Syntec est un plus,
- Vous êtes un généraliste de la fonction RH avec une expérience de 8-10 ans,
- Agile, communicant, empathique sont des qualités essentielles,
- Vous êtes très à l’aise avec l’informatique et êtes intéressé par la digitalisation des processus,
- Vous avez des appétences pour les projets, le travail en interaction avec différents acteurs internes et externes,
- Capacité de formalisation indispensable
