**Airbus Helicopters** recherche un Shop Scheduler** (f/h)** pour rejoindre notre site de **Dugny, France**.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe Ordonnancement/Planification en charge de soutenir la production des éléments dynamiques composite (pales, cuff, moyeu, starflex?).

**Vos challenges**:
Analyser l'état de la production.

Contrôler la capacité des ressources (main-d'?uvre : opérateurs & cols blancs, machine, composants).

Élaborer le tableau de marche de production de la semaine, et le plan de rattrapage si nécessaire, avec des impacts sur les besoins en capacité (effectifs/machines/outillage stratégique/gabarits), les dates de livraison, le buffer de fin de production, les contributeurs de production.

Préparer et participer ou animer les réunions hebdomadaires de Production avec son Master Production Scheduler (MPS) Leader en impliquant toutes les parties prenantes.

Obtenir les engagements et mettre les participants au défi de ne pas reporter la planification chaque semaine.

Construire, mettre à jour et analyser les KPI mesurant l'exécution et les livraisons du plan de production, définir le plan d'amélioration (mise en place de kanban...) et les actions associées. : couvertures, taux d'engagement.

Mettre en ?uvre le calendrier de production validé décidé dans la semaine.

Participer au cleaning SAP via les inventaires composants, le suivi des péremptions des pièces en stock...

Fort esprit d'équipe, bonne communication (orale et écrite)

Capacité à avoir une vision globale du flux des ateliers et une connaissance du fonctionnement des équipes de production et de ses contributeurs.
