**Un diplôme supérieur à dominante Mécanique (ou équivalent), une expérience en tant qu’Animateur d’équipe / Team leader acquise en environnement industriel Mécanique (production petite ou moyenne série), la faculté à piloter, organiser et coacher une équipe d’opérateurs machine outils, ajusteurs/monteurs, tuyauteurs, vous êtes déjà dans le profil que nous recherchons **
**Vos missions : sous la responsabilité du Responsable Secteur, vous êtes le garant du fonctionnement de votre secteur d’activité. A ce titre, vous fédérez et accompagnez une équipe de 20 à 30 personnes en production organisée en journée, 2x8 ou 3x8 dans l’amélioration de la performance industrielle. Vous organisez et planifiez la production dans le respect des objectifs fixés en termes de sécurité, qualité coût et délais. Vous informez, animez et coordonnez les équipes en développant et valorisant les compétences du personnel.**
