CONNECTER
Donner accès au numérique en construisant les réseaux : nous concevons, construisons et raccordons les réseaux de communication fixes et mobiles, publics et privés.
INTEGRER
Donner vie aux nouveaux usages numériques en intégrant les solutions connectées : nous concevons, assemblons, et mettons en service les dispositifs d’objets connectés (smart city, bornes de recharge électrique, bornes interactives, capteurs et compteurs intelligents ) et les solutions de sûreté (vidéoprotection, contrôle d’accès, détection d’intrusion ) adaptées aux besoins des collectivités et des entreprises des secteurs de la Défense, du Retail ou encore des Transports.
EXPLOITER
Garantir la qualité de l’expérience numérique en maintenant les solutions : nous fournissons un service de support et d’interventions multitechniques de proximité pour installer et maintenir les réseaux, les équipements informatiques et les solutions numériques des entreprises (interventions sur site, help desk, infogérance).
Description du poste
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Juridique de la BU Infrastructures Numériques, vous prenez en charge la négociation, le pilotage et le management contractuel des projets du périmètre qui vous est confié.
Vous intervenez en interface avec les différents services support et opérationnels, et êtes potentiellement en relation avec les clients (maitres d’ouvrage, etc.), maîtres d’œuvre et cocontractants.
A ce titre:
- Vous appréciez et mesurez l’exposition aux risques contractuels et opérationnels des projets, notamment en analysant en détail chaque contrat et en y identifiant les risques et opportunités.
- Vous intervenez dès la phase de l'appel d'offres en analysant le contrat et en participant aux éventuelles négociations.
- Vous mettez en œuvre une stratégie efficace pour contenir les risques et dégager des opportunités. En contact permanent avec les agences, vous conseillez et accompagnez les équipes du projet, identifiez et anticipez les risques contractuels avec les acteurs tiers du contrat.
- Vous contribuez activement à l’élaboration et à la rédaction des mémoires de réclamations, des correspondances avec les cocontractants, des outils de suivis de gestion contractuelle
- Vous formez et accompagnez les acteurs opérationnels au contenu du Contrat et à ses risques inhérents.
- Vous réalisez des audits des contrats en cours et effectuez des RETEX aux différentes directions en vue d’améliorer les process et contrats.
**Qualifications**:
De formation BAC +5, master de droit ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 4/5 ans, de préférence en entreprise comme contract manager, juriste droit des contrats ou achats/marchés publics.
Vous avez une parfaite connaissance et maitrise de règles et environnement des marchés publics et privés de travaux et disposez d’une expérience significative de collaboration avec des équipes opérationnelles.
