***Job description***:
This is a great opportunity for experienced managers looking to develop a team, as a leader and a coach, and looking to also acquire additional personal skills and expertise.

This role will report directly to the Global Head of Pre-Sales.

**More precisely, your main responsibilities will be to**:
Co-define and execute the strategic objectives for the Akeneo Pre-Sales practice.

Develop and leverage your team to deliver the best pre-sales solution consulting and engineering, as a team as well as a part-time individual contributor.

Develop your team talents, skills, and capacities to deliver, conducting personalised training programs and coaching, as well as taking care of the career path of your team members.

Conduct structured performance reviews of your team based on measurable achievements.

Work cross-functionally within Sales leadership, Alliances team, Professional Services team, Product Team, and CSM team to provide your team with insights and feedback.

Hire the best team members and measure their progress during ramp-up, using and contributing to the Akeneo SE team onboarding program. You’re ready to travel to reach teams and animate local team training when required.

**Qualifications**:

- You have personal experience and performance record in the field of Pre-Sales consulting in the SaaS/Tech industry
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of Pre-Sales Consultants / Sales Engineers
- You speak French and English fluently
- You’re a strong coach and mentor for professionals of all backgrounds and skill levels
- You have a proven capacity to manage people and teams towards the achievement of measurable goals and objectives
- You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candour, and respect.
- You have proven experience in dealing with ambiguity, and team management arbitrations, and you can always justify your discernment and decisions.
- SaaS project roll-out experience is a plus.
