**Description du poste**
La Maison Ralph Lauren recherche **un(e) animateur(trice) des Ventes** pour sa boutique située à Miramas, **dans le cadre d'un contrat CDI à pourvoir dés que possible.**
En tant qu’animateur des ventes, vous avez pour objectif d’insuffler un état d’esprit positif au sein de l’équipe. Votre rôle consistera gérer les opérations quotidiennes tout en priorisant nos clients et l'expérience d'achat en magasin.
Voici la liste de vos futures missions:
**Leader une équipe**:
- Superviser avec le support de votre manager une équipe de vendeurs(euses) expérimentés(ées)
- Motiver et développer nos talents tout en assurant un environnement inclusif et dynamique
- Assurer une expérience client unique en adéquation avec la philosophie de la Maison Ralph Lauren.
- Être un véritable Brand Ambassador et diffuser l’ADN de la marque à votre équipe ainsi qu’à notre clientèle
**Contribuer au développement de votre département**:
- Analyser les KPI ‘s, suivre les performances quotidiennes afin d'encourager activement les membres de l'équipe
- Superviser la disponibilité produit pour optimiser les ventes au sein du département
- Communication:
- Remonter les différentes informations terrain à votre manager, ainsi que de redescendre les informations clefs pour vos équipes
- Contribuer au développement de l'image de la Maison, Partager nos valeurs, les informations relatives aux collections, suivie du merchandising conforme aux standards..
**Standards & Procédures**:
- Participer à la mise en conformité des procédure liées à la sécurité et à la prévention des pertes.
- Ouvrir et fermer le point de vente selon nos process internes

Vous êtes **enthousiaste** et **dynamique **et votre passion pour l'univers du luxe ainsi que **vos qualités relationnelles** seront des atouts précieux pour prendre en main votre rôle d’animateur(trice)
Vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine de la vente. Une expérience dans le retail serait un plus.
Bon niveau d'anglais requis, la maîtrise d'une seconde langue est appréciable.
