Notre portefeuille de solutions techniques permettant la production d'électricité hydraulique comprend la plus large gamme possible de solutions hydrauliques et de services : depuis l'équipement individuel à l'installation de solutions complètes et ceci sur des nouveaux projets ou des activités de services.

GE Hydro Grenoble recrute un/e Senior Commercial Operations Manager. Vous êtes chargé de développer des positions commerciales, en interne et avec nos clients, qui facilitent la conclusion de commandes rentables et exécutables pour la fourniture, l'installation et l'exploitation à long terme de turbines hydroélectriques, de générateurs et d'équipements associés sur des projets hydroélectriques. Ce rôle se concentre sur la région DACH (Allemagne, Autriche et Suisse), ainsi que sur les pays ciblés de notre région EMEA.

Votre mission est la suivante:

- Diriger la préparation et la soumission des offres fermes, les négociations contractuelles et la finalisation de la documentation contractuelle pour parvenir à la prise de commandes. Cela inclut la gestion du partenaire du consortium.
- Développer des stratégies gagnantes pour conclure des commandes rentables et exécutables pour le segment compétitif de l'hydroélectricité.
- Gérer le transfert de la phase de demande à commande (ITO) à la phase de commande à remise (OTR), y compris la coordination des consortiums d'appel d'offres et de livraison du projet EPC comprenant GE et le reste des entrepreneurs en construction d'usines.
- Fournir un soutien commercial à l'équipe des ventes d'énergies renouvelables pour les propositions budgétaires et les études lors du développement des opportunités.
- Fournir des apports techniques, de rentabilité et commerciaux pour soutenir les processus de gestion des risques pour les transactions.
- Soutenir la réalisation des mesures de l’équipe commerciale liées aux transactions de propositions.

De formation Ingénieur / Commerciale, vous disposez d’une expérience commerciale avérée avec des projets et/ou technologies thermiques, éoliens ou hydroélectriques

Vous avez une expérience démontrée dans la préparation d'offres et la négociation de contrats pour des projets de centrales électriques clé en main (EPC) ou de portée similaire

Vous faites la différence par vos compétences en leadership dans les négociations, avec une solide expertise des conditions contractuelles EPC et une compréhension des questions techniques pertinentes,

Vous déployez des compétences efficaces en résolution de problèmes et faites preuve d'initiative et de jugement commerciaux.

Expérience dans un environnement international et matriciel. Une connaissance du marché autrichien des énergies renouvelables est un plus.

Anglais et Allemand demandé

Capacité à voyager selon les besoins au niveau national avec certains voyages internationaux

Ils peuvent faire l’objet d’une adaptation en cas de situation de handicap.The purpose of the Proposal Leader role is to develop commercial positions, internally and with our customers, that facilitate closing profitable and executable orders for the supply, installation and long-term operation of hydro turbines, generators and associated equipment on hydro projects. This role has a focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), together with targeted countries in our EMEA region.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead the preparation and submission of firm bids, contract negotiations, and finalization of contract documentation to achieve order intake. That’s include management of Consortium partner.
- Develop winning strategies to close profitable and executable orders for the competitive Hydropower segment
- Mobilize and lead multifunctional and global support teams to implement commercial strategy on complex, multi-million dollar transactions. Internal functions coordinated in this process include Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, EHS, Project Delivery and Service
- Manage handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase to Order to Remittance (OTR) phase, including coordination of EPC project bidding and delivery consortia comprising GE and balance of plant construction contractors.
- Provide commercial support to the Renewables Sales team for budgetary proposals and studies during opportunity development.
- Provide technical, profitability, and commercial inputs to support the Risk Management processes for transactions.
- Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics related to proposal transactions.
