**The Role**
The primary focus of this role is to market and sell to FRANCE-BENELUX market with the potential to expand to other markets, you will be selling canal boats into the Le Boat Ownership Program in coordination with Le Boat Boat Sales Manager and Le Boat Charter Sales Team. This is a full time position located at Castelnaudary office we offer hybrid working so the opportunity to work from home is available as well as office visits regularly. This role may later expand to other Boat Sales activities and may require some travel including trips to Europe to meet with management, travel to boat shows and other exhibits open houses, or customers which may require work on weekends.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Quickly master Le Boat products and Ownership Programs, and professionally handle inquiries from owners, charter clients, and internal teams
- Become proficient in HubSpot to revive prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with new leads to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Manage the full sales process from contact to closing.
- Build strong relationships with the Boat Sales Manager in France and the Marketing teams, as well as collaborate with the Charter Boat Sales Teams across markets for cross-selling.
- Contribute to marketing strategies alongside the sales/charter marketing team and assist in translating sales materials and brochures.
- Help organize and attend boat shows, trade shows, and events.
- Occasionally travel to charter bases and other offices as needed.
- Handle the administration, from maintaining accurate transaction records, getting required signed approvals, and creating contracts, bills of sale and closing documents.
**What We're Looking For**
- Native French speaker with good English speaking skills
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in high-ticket products, we are particularly interested if you have a background in selling real estate and properties
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial approach
- Highly organized, self-motivated, with perseverance and a strong work ethic
- Confident closer, quickly gaining credibility with clients
- Skilled in delivering impactful presentations in person, by phone, or in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Hubspot experience is a bonus
