As our **Workplace Assistant (6 months internship), **you will streamline our day-to-day office operations by ensuring a smooth running office that supports our dynamic and international team.

You will report to Ludovic, our Workplace Manager, and you will partner closely with a lot of different internal and external stakeholders.

**‍‍ As a Workplace Assistant (6 months internship) at Qonto, you will**
- **Manage day-to-day operations, building relationships** with providers and overseeing tasks.
- Follow-up on** floor checks**:

- Handle mail sorting and **manage relationships with suppliers**.
- **Respond to requests from Qontoers** and redirect them to the appropriate parties.
- ** Conduct onboarding sessions** for new hires.
- **Support the events team** in setting up for various activities.

- You had a first internship/experience which allowed you to deal with multitasking and to manage multiple projects at once.
- You excel in organization and have a keen eye for detail.
- You have a service-oriented attitude and potentially a first experience in a customer-facing role.
- You are proficient with tech tools and proactive.
