As the eCommerce Operations Manager you will be responsible for the ecommerce operational excellence and compliance on a regional level.
eCommerce ops in this context spans from the technical platforms (integrations, system & tools), warehousing, logistics, order fulfilment and last mile carrier, direct customer touchpoints, Campaigns, Customization & Personalization, Post Order consumer experience, Omnichannel, &; all supporting business processes, payment related tasks like risk management, payment portfolio development and payment monitoring, as well as maintenance of smooth fulfilment processes and the development of new logistics services.
This role will lead the holistic ecommerce operations and will be responsible for steering, managing, and optimizing our ecommerce operations, support multiple respective digital sales channels, and the business process around them, from start to finish, helping to lead the initial business development and project management to continuous running and growing of the business.
- Own, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with high-quality output
- Support in the development, & supervision to a highly skilled team of eCommerce professionals
- Actively contribute to the P/L and budgeting process of the local country and regional eCommerce business teams
- This position is expected to both enable and drive top line sales and bottom-line efficiency through the implementation and management of best-in-class operational practices.

**Languages**
- Fluent in English, ideally with at least one additional European language. French is a plus.
**Education**
- University degree in technical or science focused discipline.
- Degree level or equivalent in Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering
**Professional experience, technical skills & know how**
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience with demonstrated business success. Fluency in E-Commerce best practices and technical environment, multi-channel retail experience is a plus.
- Understanding of eCommerce technology, including platform, payment process, content management, etc.
- Understand key retail metrics and calendars, including markup, margin, sell thru, demand curves.
- Fluency and strong understanding of in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics best practices.
- 2-3 years working experience with payment and risk management processes in an online consumer-facing high-transaction environment
- 2-3 years working experience in the Customer Service domain
- Demonstrated ability to analyse the data and optimize the strategy accordingly
- Strong analytical, problem solving and modelling skills, with an orientation to details, at both the strategic and exceptional levels. Ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.
- Profound analytical skills are a must for this position.
- Ability to see consumer perspective and serve as their advocate.
- Acknowledgement of customers' demands and focus on user experience.
- Must be flexible and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Advanced level of SAP knowledge or other retail ERP systems
