The French Payroll Specialist is responsible for the entire payroll cycle. The Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and payroll-related information following all established statutory requirements and manage the payroll process.

**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submit the payroll figures every month.
- Ensure the payrolls comply with French legislation and statutory requirements.
- Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll.
- Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.
- Validation of the payroll outputs
- Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
- Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
- Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure that the hangover of new payrolls is transferred to In-House team successfully.

**Attributes and Experience Required**:

- English and French speaking is essential. English level: B2
- Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting
- Expert level in complex payrolls (BIK, stock options/RSU, non-residents, court order )
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing at a specialist level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others.
- Good decision-making skills and forward-thinking, able to plan and organize own workload
- Knowledge of TeamsRH software would be advantageous
- International payroll experience would be beneficial
