**Function Overview**:
Our CEO, Catherine Charrier-Leflaive is looking for a Chief of Staff to accompany her in the management of a company in full transformation and very strong growth Genuine support of the CEO, you secure the manager in the operational management of the company, the follow-up of highlights and alerts, and ensure the implementation and proper execution of Wakam's governance.

As a facilitator, you ensure the effectiveness of management meetings by taking responsibility for planning and coordinating problem resolution to facilitate decision-making.

Your main missions:

- Follow the CEO in her daily management (summary notes, major points of attention, escalation of alerts, etc.)
- Organize Shareholders, Executive and C-Level meetings, including setting agendas, scheduling and facilitating decision-making processes,
- Prepare internal and external intervention notes in connection with the various stakeholders, while being a driving force,
- Prepare complete files for the CEO, documents for senior management and transversal presentations to ensure clear and concise communication of key information and facilitate decision support,
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather relevant data and information to support strategic discussions and informed decision making,
- Assist the CEO in aligning and coordinating the efforts of the management team, ensuring effective execution of the strategic vision,
- Assist in the implementation of steering indicators and their follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Experience in strategy consulting, audit/general inspection, or insurance company with deep understanding of the insurance sector (finance, risk management, underwriting, operations, etc.) ideally in international environments.
- Positive and proactive with the ability to evolve and adapt in a complex and constantly changing environment
- High level of intellectual horsepower - able to quickly digest thoughts/ideas/data and create a synopsis or way forward
- Ability to project a strategic vision and to develop it at the operational level
- Result oriented and problem solving
- Curiosity and autonomy
