Il analyse les besoins pour proposer des solutions et mettre en place les étapes de développement. Il assiste les utilisateurs et leur fournit de l’aide sur l’utilisation de l’outil.

MISSION
- Paramétrage des accès et des profils des utilisateurs
- Hiérarchie des rôles et permissions
- Gestion de la mise en page et des pages
- Gestion de la sécurité et des données
- Gestion des rapports et des tableaux de bord
- Gestion du portail client Experience Cloud
- Développement (Conception et réalisation) Flux
- Suivre le parcours de développement : développement, tests et date de production
- Règles de validation
- Modèles HTML
- Déclencheurs, classes et tests Apex
- Soutenir les équipes dans l’utilisation de l’outil
- KPIs
- Documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les modifications : compléter le guide d’utilisation
- Réalisations de la feuille de route
- Répondre aux besoins de support et aux bugs
- Soutenir et documenter les projets R&D et les connexions SF avec d’autres systèmes.
