**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for an **Insurance Risk Management **(f/m) **to join our Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

At Corporate level, proactively and efficiently respond from an insurance point of view to risks from the financial markets inherent to the Group's operations.

Top objectives are to
- to lead the entire group insurance risk management process.
- to initiate, carry out, aggregate and to control the risk identification, evaluation and risk response process throughout Airbus Group.
- continuously develop, design and structure efficient and adequate project related insurance solutions considering the individual needs of the divisions.
- professional and efficient transfer of insurable risks to protect the assets and liabilities of Airbus Group which includes the entire benchmark and tendering chain.
- operative claims management.

**Your challenges**:

- Continuous and consistent identification, evaluation and assessment of insurable risks across AH Division
- Initiation and monitoring of appropriate mitigation and risk avoidance measures for identified and evaluated insurable risks
- claims management in all lines of insurance in coordination with the business and internal and external stakeholders(experts, brokers, lawyers)
- Assuring excellent level of insurance expertise to provide advice and support all business partners dealing with insurance matters
- Cross functional coordination of tasks with others departments(legal, programs, procurement,, sales, HR, site)and subsidiaries and also with external partners like brokers/insurers
- Drafting and managing the legal aspects of insurance provisions
- Participation in Merger Acquisition, bid/tender and contract activities in respect of insurance matters

**Your profile**:

- minimum 5 Years of experience in the insurance field preferably and in an international environment will be appreciated.
- skills : autonomous way of working, proactive, communication skills, resilience.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
