La plateforme immobilière de PIMCO est l'une des plus importantes et des plus diversifiées au monde, avec plus de 190 milliards de dollars d'actifs et un large éventail de solutions qui s'appuient sur l'expertise de longue date de la société sur les marchés de la dette et des capitaux publics et privés.
Responsabilités clés:
Vous intégrerez l’équipe du Loan Asset Management qui a pour principale mission le suivi du portefeuille de crédits en cours. Le portefeuille qui s’élève à plus de 12 milliards d’euros se compose d’opérations de financement immobilier en France et ailleurs en Europe, adossés à des actifs existants ou en construction, accordés à des investisseurs institutionnels, d’un montant minimum de 100 millions d’euros.
Vous prendrez part au suivi du risque des opérations en portefeuille. Vous découvrirez l’univers du financement structuré au travers du cycle de vie d’un crédit jusqu’à son remboursement.
Plus particulièrement, vous participerez à:
- suivi des suretés afférentes aux opérations
- surveillance du portefeuille et des risques (vérification des covenants, revues annuelles, analyse des risques et calcul des ratings, suivi des comptes des emprunteurs )
- suivi administratif des dossiers et valorisation interne
- reportings divers du portefeuille aux investisseurs (entre autres flux de trésorerie, indicateurs ESG, performance du portefeuille ) et présentations y afférentes.
Vous travaillerez en interaction avec une équipe dynamique et engagée, dont les membres sont basés à Paris, Munich et Londres.
Profil et compétences:
- Anglais courant
- Expérience similaire et / ou intérêt pour le secteur de l’immobilier et les financements
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse / rigueur / curiosité, capacité d’intégration au sein d’une équipe
Informations complémentaires:
Contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation de 12 à 24 mois à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2023.
