Votre rôle est de manager les équipes autonomes de production qui vous sont rattachées en termes de sécurité, qualité et productivité, ainsi que les moyens techniques qui vous sont confiés.- Vos challenges ?-
- Assurer la sécurité des collaborateurs, remonter et traiter les écarts sécurité constatés-
- Animer et superviser ses équipes de production (20 à 40 personnes)-
- Optimiser l'utilisation des moyens techniques et humains-
- Coordonner les besoins de la production avec les services supports adéquats (maintenance, logistique, méthodes, industrialisation...)-
- Améliorer les performances Sécurité Qualité Coût Délais Implication de ses lignes-
