The Planner, Professional Education will manager activities associated with healthcare professional (HCP) consultants utilized for various events on behalf of Integra.

Responsabilities
- Requesting and managing contracts for the HCPs with the digital tools which are established: Tracking requests for drafting of the contract made to the legal department, sending contracts to local authorities, obtaining follow-up of signatures, ensuring contracts are current and uploaded into Integra’s contract management tool, alternative e-signatures possible.
- Consolidates the required files with the Councils of the Order of Physicians (e.g. CNOM/MDON) concerning French, Italian, and Belgian HCPs during the establishment and renewal of contracts, as well as for hospitality procedures within the framework of events, in accordance with the legal provisions, internal procedures, and respecting given deadlines (Sunshine Act Reporting).
- Ensures the transmission of data to the appropriate service concerning French, Italian, and Belgian HCPs under the Sunshine Act
- Organize trips, transfers, and accommodation for HCPs during events and ensure the satisfaction of the HCPs.
- Set-up HCPs in appropriate system (e.g. Oracle) as vendors, including applicable payment details, Request PO process and create invoices.
- Control the fees due to HCPs and guarantee their payment in accordance with the applicable procedures, i.e after the “performance approval” of the responsible Manager, invoicing and follow up.
- Follow up on event planning and budget tracking on Speaker Days (SD)on a quarterly base.
- Manage the travel and logistics of international HCPs while consulting in Europe.
- Attend education events coordinated by Professional Education department, Marketing, Medical Affairs, etc., as reasonable, and report back to Professional Education Director.
- Provide back-up administrative activities of the ProfEd department related to HCP engagement.
- Uploding the annual NAD

Profile
- Education and training level: Bac + 2 years Administrative (SME/SMI Management Assistant -Management Assistant)
- Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position
- Desired qualities: Organized, responsive, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, autonomous.
- Languages: Very good command of oral and written English (advanced level)
