**PRÉSENTATION DE L’ENTREPRISE**
L’entreprise que nous accompagnons est un client final dans le secteur de l’e-santé.
Afin d’accompagner sa croissance, nous l’aidons à recruter un Project Manager H/F afin d’intégrer ses effectifs en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir dans l’ouest lyonnais.
**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**
Vous renforcerez la cellule « Conception » composée d’un Project Manager et de deux Product Owner.
En collaboration avec les équipes Tech et UI/UX, vos principales missions seront:
- Être à l’écoute des besoins clients en matière d’évolutions ou nouveaux services ;
- Accompagner et être force de proposition sur la définition du besoin métier et du parcours utilisateur ;
- Identifier les opportunités stratégiques et évaluer leur faisabilité et leur potentiel ;
- Diriger des projets et s'assurer que tous les délais sont respectés ;
- Rapporter sur l'état du projet et livraison de la feuille de route ;
- Assurer le suivi budgétaire ;
- Organiser et animer la relation client (COPIL, CR ) ;
- Garantir la satisfaction client ;
- Coordonner les équipes à l'interne et à l'externe pour s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles pour s'assurer que les délais des projets sont respectés.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets IT. Vous avez idéalement déjà évolué en tant que Project Manager.
