We, at Nissan, have carefully tailored an 18-month program where newly graduated talents can grow, learn, and accelerate their career in a fast-paced environment to build a strong path towards leadership roles. Our aim is to provide you with valuable insights through a cross-functional rotation plan that will allow you to gain a bid picture perspective.

This is your chance to be part of a select cohort of graduates for our October intake of the Graduate Trainee Rotation (GTR) Program as:
IT CRM Marketing and SAP Graduate

Within this Graduate Trainee Rotation Program, you will be able to discover 2 different roles in several department within the IS/IT function.

1) CRM, Marketing & Customer Data Capability fulfilment Team, in charge of providing business support and strategic direction consistently across the AMIEO Region

2) IS Admin & Finance Capability Fulfilment team, in charge of developing and implementing financial solutions & tools, especially around SAP & Tagetik technologies.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
**Role 1 & 2**

The Graduates contributes to the key missions of the Capability Fulfilment team:

- Collection and the assessment of the business demands,
- Contribute to building of the roadmap,
- Management of the portfolio of projects
- Contribute to early phases of projects preparation (Requests, project scope, specifications, budget preparation, planning, resources...)

**Additional tasks and responsibilities**
- Supporting the Programme & Project managers on sourcing (internal & external resources), planification, corporate methodology alignment, risk management, governance instances,...
- Supporting the Programme & Project managers to report periodically on Quality / Cost / Timing,
- Securing the quality of data in the PM Tool (PlanView)
- Following up the operational reviews with the vendors in charge of the Application Management of the domain (CRM Salesforce / Siebel, Customer Data, Incentive Marketing), Or SAP / Tagetik for Finance area
- Following up the JSOX compliance

**Required background, experience, and education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Business Administration (with Digital skills)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in IS IT domains, SAP or CRM technologies
- 1st experience in an international background
- 1st experience of IT projects in a complex IT / IS environment is a plus
- Automotive industry background is a plus
- Project management skills are appreciated

**Skills, abilities, and languages**:

- IS IT governance, Portfolio Management
- Function skills: eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience
- IS skills:Sales & Marketing area è PPM (PlanView), CRM (Salesforce), MDM
- Finance area è SAP (FI/CO or SD /MM, Tagetik
- Excel & PPT skillset are necessary
