**Linamar Saint-Chamond **, site industriel dédié aux équipementiers automobile de 1er plan, spécialisé dans l’usinage de pièces mécaniques est en plein développement pour répondre aux productions exigeantes de ses clients automobiles et trucks (PSA, VOLVO, SCANIA, ).
Dans le cadre de projets d’envergure, le site de St Chamond (300 personnes) est en pleine croissance, ce qui engage l’équipe Qualité du site à se structurer et ouvrir des emplois en recrutement, notamment, par la recherche d’un:
**Technicien(ne) Qualité (H/F) en CDI
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous êtes responsable de 3 missions principales:

- Détecter et analyser les non-conformités et les incidents qualité:

- Gérer au quotidien les zones pièces non conformes
- Traiter les NC internes dans une démarche de type QRQC
- Saisir les données des indicateurs Qualité (rebuts/retouches)
- Superviser les conditions de réalisation des tris et retouches
- Assurer le suivi des plans d’actions des QRQC
- Arrêter la production en cas de dérive, alerter
- Déployer les outils qualité auprès des équipes de production en priorité
- Apporter une aide à la Production pour les contrôles:

- Mettre à jour les logiciels de contrôle de production, en lien avec les Techniciens
- Soutenir la production dans l'utilisation du SPC (interprétation, réactions)
- Emettre les demandes de dérogations / de retouches, documenter, relancer
- Réaliser les entrées/sorties des prisons pour les produits en cours et les produits finis
- Définir les gammes de TRI
- Réaliser des audits (LPA, processus, 8D clients)
- Effectuer des rappels (formation) sur l'utilisation des moyens de contrôle
- Participer aux réunions de suivi de production (quotidien ou hebdomadaires) et animer les actions qualité
- S’assurer que la Production dispose des moyens de mesure prévus
- S’assurer du respect de la traçabilité des pièces non conformes en interne

Vous possédez un niveau Bac+2 avec une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de la Qualité Automobile ou industrie mécanique.
Véritable homme/femme de terrain, vous animez la qualité sur vos lignes en vous appuyant sur votre expérience dans le secteur automobile ou dans un secteur aussi exigeant que celui-ci.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), dynamique et vous avez le sens des priorités. Vous avez une vraie capacité d’analyse et des aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes.
Bon communicant, vous êtes force de proposition dans un souci de performance et d’amélioration continue.

Durée et organisation du travail : 39hrs ou 40 hrs fonction des cycles (travail en journée ou travail en équipes alternées 2*8 envisagée)
Rémunération selon profil complétée d’heures supplémentaires et bonus liés à la performance collective.
