Notre client, spécialiste en équipement automobile dans l'Ain, recherche son futur **MPM**. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'exécution de projets de fabrication dans notre entreprise. Vous serez le garant du bon déroulement des opérations et de la réalisation des objectifs fixés.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Gestion de la convergence et de la prise en compte d’infos dans un environnement complexe (client/fournisseurs/métiers interne/process/ )
- Construit et suit le planning de son activité (industrialisation / mise au point)construit et pilote son budget (reporting mensuel / analyse des écarts / corrections)
- Pilote son plan de levée des risques
- Anime son équipe et arbitre les décisions.
- Gère la relation technique avec les fournisseurs

Fréquent déplacement à l'étranger et en France

Compétences attendues:

- Gestion de la convergence et de la prise en compte d'infos dans un environnement complexe
- Planification et suivi de l'activité d'industrialisation et de mise au point
- Gestion et pilotage du budget, reporting mensuel, analyse des écarts et corrections
- Pilotage du plan de levée des risques
- Animation d'équipe et prise de décisions
- Gestion de la relation technique avec les fournisseurs
- Définition et mise en place du schéma industriel complet sur un projet
- Gestion des flux informatiques et réels
- Construction des études de temps et optimisation des coûts de production
- Construction des cahiers des charges des moyens à mettre en œuvre
- Application des règles d'ergonomie dans les implantations et la définition des moyens
- Connaissances en mécanique (iso statisme, géométrie, cinématique d'assemblage)
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Utilisation du viewer Viswiew
