- Organiser et mettre en œuvre le stream Manufacturing du programme Morphe'Us- Morphe'Us est un programme ambitieux qui permettra d'atteindre les objectifs du Groupe Servier 2030.- Il fournira une plateforme SI commune pour couvrir l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, depuis les activités de planification, jusqu'à la production, et enfin la distribution sur nos activités chimiques et pharmaceutiques.- Morphe'US repose sur 5 projets distincts : ERP, APS, MES, MDM et Performance management qui auront un impact sur les fonctions telles que la chaîne logistique, la fabrication, la finance, la distribution et les ventes.- La mise en œuvre sera séquencée en commençant par nos 5 principaux sites industriels : Arklow, Bolbec, Anpharm, Toledo et Gidy.- 60% Suresnes - 40% Travels (Arklow, Bolbec, Gidy)**Responsabilités dans le poste**:
- Représenter les intérêts de la production interne (Pharma et Chimie) et assurer l'alignement des équipes de production.Vous êtes responsable du partage de la vision de la production avec tous les partenaires du programme.
- Valider le processus cible avec les directeurs de production internes et avec tous les sites impliqués
- Responsable de l'exécution du flux de fabrication, conformément à la qualité, au planning, au budget et aux ressources (QCDR), du début à la fin du programme, en étroite collaboration avec l’Industry Lead et les autres workstream leader.
- Principal contact commercial pour les fournisseurs de services en ce qui concerne la fabrication
- Gérer l'ensemble de l'équipe du stream : MES Lead, business experts, chefs de projet SI, prestataires de services, Key User,
- Challenger les processus de fabrication pour assurer l'alignement avec la stratégie du programme (par exemple "Adopter et ne pas adapter") et avec la stratégie du groupe.
- Responsable de la documentation opérationnelle, des user cases, des tests pour le stream.
- Contribuer avec le Change Lead à la préparation du plan, des supports et du contenu des formations
- Contribuer à la récupération des données, du cutover et valider les livrables dans le stream.
- Participer aux différentes instances de gouvernance et à toutes les réunions internes du programme en tant que Manufacturing Lead.
