En tant que support du Directeur Commercial, vous collectez, analysez et interprétez les données, afin de fournir à la direction les informations nécessaires à la prise de décision et ainsi permettre la réalisation du plan d'actions commerciales.

**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN...**

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial NEUHAUSER, vous serez amené(e) à
- Collecter, analyser et compiler toutes les données nécessaires au suivi de la performance des ventes
- Soutenir la prise de décision en fournissant une analyse de la performance commerciale
- Editer des rapports accompagnés de graphiques et réaliser des préconisations pour les commerciaux (KAM et Direction)
- Mesurer l’écart entre les prévisions et les ventes réalisées : être l’interface entre les commerciaux et la prévision des ventes, afin que l’entreprise atteigne les objectifs.
- Mettre à jour les indicateurs commerciaux clés.
- Participer aux réunions commerciales et être le soutien principal à la préparation des différentes réunions de vente (séminaire, point business mensuel / comité de direction,).
- Créer des outils pour le pilotage des négociations : suivi des rendez-vous, atterrissage négociation, impact budget (volume et marge )
- Participer activement à l’élaboration du budget pour l’ensemble des activités
- Travailler en collaboration étroite avec le contrôle de gestion,
- Accompagner le marketing pour le suivi de lancement des innovations

**VOTRE PROFIL...**

De formation Bac + 5 Ecole de commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum en tant que Sales Analyste dans une structure en transformation et vous avez des connaissances en techniques et outils d'analyse et en traitement des données. Vous êtes agile dans l'utilisation d’Excel, PowerPoint et Access.

Vous êtes à l’aise dans la gestion de projets et vos capacités d’analyse, d’anticipation, votre curiosité et rigueur, vous permettront de réussir vos missions et les objectifs confiés.

En interface avec de nombreux interlocuteurs de l’entreprise, vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) et possédez d'excellentes qualités interpersonnelles.
