**Poste**:
Within the Export department, you will report to its Director. You will coordinate and keep a track of export sales activities on EMEA region, and support the Director of the department in missions related to business.
Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):
- Prepare monthly offers that will be presented to the distributors
- Prepare monthly order summaries for purchases (collector and toys) and check all relevant information
- Forward the order summaries to the Supply Chain team, keep a track of the sales flow and liaise with the Supply Chain when necessary
- Follow up the EXCEL sales sheets (sales, prices, etc.)
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team in order to support all clients and country regulations, provide requested documents such as test reports factory certifications, assets, etc.
- Follow up the translation of instruction sheets and labeling of packaging
- Help the clients with sample and other assets (product descriptions, product visual, marketing assets, etc.) requests
- Support the Director of the Export department with special requests (events organization, reports, etc.)
**Profil**:
- 4-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination
- Previous experience in an international environment is required
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Use of an ERP system, especially Oracle is a plus
- High proficiency in English, any other language is valuable
- Basic knowledge in logistics
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills
- High level of initiative
- Detail-focused
- Ability to manage stress, especially in unexpected situations
- Interest and knowledge in Japanese pop culture and toy licenses are appreciated

Remuneration: fixed compensation and a 13th-month salary
